We advise Homeowners to take the following precautions:

1.    Never feed coyotes! Please do not leave any food out for them.

2.    Don’t leave small children unattended outside if coyotes have been frequenting the area.

3.    Remove sources of water, particularly in dry climates.

4.    Put garbage in tightly closed containers that cannot be tipped over.

5.    Feed pets indoors whenever possible; pick up any leftovers if feeding outdoors.

6.    Keep pets safely confined and provide secure nighttime housing for them.
