Manager’s Messages

Being a Good Neighbor Starts with All of Us

One of the best things about living at Vantage is having neighbors who care about our community. Small acts of courtesy go a long way in helping keep our neighborhood clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

Here are a few friendly reminders:

  • Please clean up after your pets and properly dispose of pet waste.
  • Drive slowly throughout the community and be mindful of pedestrians, children, and residents walking their pets.
  • Please do not place trash or pet waste in another resident’s trash container without their permission.
  • Return pool furniture to its original location after use so everyone can enjoy the amenities.
  • If you notice a maintenance issue or something that needs management’s attention, please report it through the management office so it can be addressed promptly.
  • If you witness suspicious or criminal activity, please contact your local law enforcement agency immediately. In an emergency, always call 911.

Thank you for doing your part to help keep Vantage a welcoming community that we can all be proud to call home.

See Something, Say Something!

Our community goal is to enable our neighbors to keep an eye out for each other. We realize that not all situations require a 911 call (although if one does, never hesitate to make that call). So in the event that you feel you need to formally report a problem or concern to a proper authority, please call the Crime Stop Hotline at 800.222.Tips(8477) and let them know what is happening. Never put yourself in harms way. But if you see something, say something. Helping your neighbors is the best way to ensure we continue to have a warm and safe community.

Electronic Communications

Did you know? Amendment to Civil Code Section 4040, states that the HOA must deliver a document according to the delivery method the owner prefers. Owners may request to receive communications via electronic means. You can log in to Action Property Management’s resident portal and sign up to receive electronic correspondence.

Children at Play & Speeding

We have noticed an increasing number of children playing in the streets within the Vantage Community. No residents or guests shall gather in the streets of Vantage. This is not only a safety issue, but it is considered obstructing the road way. Drivers please be reminded that the speed limit of 10mph MAX must be always followed to ensure everyone’s safety. While driving through the community, please be mindful of your surroundings as there are many pedestrians who frequently walk.
