With the recent update regarding multi-family pools in Los Angeles County, the Board of Directors has decided to reopen the pool facility effective immediately, however the spa will remain closed at this time. With this reopening, we will trust that our residents will make the right decisions and follow social distancing guidelines. Please note, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. To ensure residents are benefiting and enjoying community amenity spaces, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Parties or gatherings in all common areas including the pool are prohibited.
• Swim at a safe distance 6’ from other swimmers
• Only swim with members of your own household
• We encourage the continued use of face masks in the common areas and in the pool area
