All trash receptacles must be removed from the common areas the same day of the trash pick up.  Any trash receptacle left in the common area will be confiscated by the association for a period of one week.  The fee to collect your trash receptacle will be $50, payable to the Vantage Homeowners Association.  Any receptacle not claimed within one week, will be returned to Waste Management.  The fee to replace your receptacle will be $100.00, payable to the Vantage Homeowners Association.
